Many SCA resources offer case exposure, group practice or brief station feedback. SCA Skills with Dr Mariha is designed to be more coaching-led: one-to-one support that helps you understand your consultation patterns and make practical changes.
Before your session, you can share what you would most like to work on. The aim is not just to tell you what went less well, but to help you understand how to improve it in a way that feels safe, structured and natural.
The goal is that you leave with clearer insight, targeted next steps and a personalised written action plan.
You can choose a fully blind mock, or share specific learning needs, recurring feedback themes, station types or clinical areas before the session.
Feedback is used to explore patterns in your consulting, why they may be happening, and how to approach them differently next time.
You receive a personalised written summary after the session, highlighting strengths, repeated themes and practical actions to guide further practice.
Who this is most useful for
This service is for GP trainees preparing for the MRCGP SCA who want focused one-to-one support rather than relying only on generic mocks, group practice or case banks.
It may be particularly helpful if you are:

▌ Close to your exam and want targeted fine-tuning
▌ Preparing again after an unsuccessful attempt
▌ Receiving similar feedback repeatedly but feeling unsure how to change it
▌ Looking for help with particular station types, topics or consultation skills
